About Laura

Hi, I’m Laura, a degree-qualified Clinical Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutrition and over 15 years in the health and wellbeing industry.

Long before I had the clinical qualifications, I was also searching for answers.

In my teens and 20s, I struggled with severe bloating, food intolerances, acne, fatigue, brain fog and incredibly painful periods. Each time I had blood tests done, I was told everything was “normal”, but I knew I did not feel right.

Working with practitioners who listened, helped me investigate properly and supported me through diagnoses of endometriosis and adenomyosis changed everything for me. It made me realise how frustrating it can be when symptoms are dismissed or treated as separate issues, rather than part of a bigger picture.

Because of this, I take a whole-person approach. I look at the connection between your nervous system, gut health, hormones, symptoms, pathology, food and lifestyle, then help turn that information into a practical roadmap.

My goal is to help you build capacity and resilience, understand your body better, feel more confident advocating for your health and find a personalised way forward.

When I am not working one-on-one with clients, I run nutrition workshops, present corporate wellbeing seminars and mentor the next generation of evidence-based nutrition students.

Outside of work, I’m also currently raising a service dog.

What I support:

  • Digestive health: IBS, bloating, reflux, constipation, diarrhoea, food intolerances, SIBO and gut microbiome support

  • Hormonal health: perimenopause, menopause, PMS, PCOS, endometriosis, adenomyosis and cycle-related symptoms

  • Neuro-affirming & nervous system support: ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, supporting through burnout.
